Materials provided may be utilized in-house by Clients but may not resold or otherwise distributed without written consent from Daiexcel Consulting Services.
Limitation of Liability
Daiexcel Consulting Services are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. The full extent of liability will not be more than the fees paid by the client with respect to that particular service.
Termination
This service shall be terminated by either party giving the other party written notice of a breach of these terms and conditions. No refund will be given for services already delivered.
Governing Law
